Leadership Development

One of the core outcomes of Pi Kappa Phi is that we develop leaders.  We want to inspire and foster leadership development in the men of Gamma Phi.  As alumni, we are committed to providing our men with leadership education and leadership training opportunities throughout the year.

Alumni have many unique opportunities to sponsor leadership classes, retreats, guest speakers, and the like.  By giving of our time and resources, we show the chapter that we believe in the importance of being "Leaders By Choice".
