The back door has been replaced and new lock installed. Mark Davis recently powerwashed the concrete walks around the house and David Shaw continues to make sure the lawn is watered.
The house is 10 years old and needs some help. Continuing alumni assistance is needed with Gamma Phi housing. Each year many alumni give money to help with the purchase of paint, and give of time to keep our house the best looking on campus. Please let Tom Peterson, Chapter Advisor, if you'd like to help.
More details will be coming soon, but we can tell you that a very generous donation has been made to the chapter in order to build a iron fence around the property. The University has approved the design and construction will begin soon.
